sci論文投稿后多數(shù)是會(huì)返修的，而有的作者比較忙沒(méi)有在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成修改工作，這時(shí)要申請(qǐng)延長(zhǎng)返修時(shí)間，詢(xún)問(wèn)有沒(méi)有參考模板?一般是有一次延期申請(qǐng)的機(jī)會(huì)，作者申請(qǐng)理由一定要充分，如下是三個(gè)可以參考的模板：

　　感謝您給我們一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)行重大修改，將我們的手稿提高到適合在貴刊上發(fā)表的水平。然而，我們需要一個(gè)新的延長(zhǎng)期限，以便進(jìn)一步修訂。您能把截止日期延長(zhǎng)到XXX嗎?

　　郵件主題：Asking for extending the deadline [ID-XXXXX]

　　Dear XXX,

　　Thanks for your email informing us that our manuscript entitled "XXX" (Manuscript ID: XXX ) is due for revision. We appreciate that you gave us a chance of major revision to improve our manuscript to meet the publication requirements of your journal. However, We we would like to ask you to extend the deadline for further revision. Could you please extend the due day to XXX? Thanks for your kindness.
